With the purpose of strengthening these values, we are pleased to inform you about an important update in our tee time reservation policies at Golf de Andratx, which will be effective as of September 10, 2024.

From that date, it will be mandatory to acquire a "Daily Golf Licence" for each of the reservations made at our golf course, except for those players who have a license from the Spanish Golf Federation.

POLICY SUMMARY

Compulsory Golf Insurance for Players

• Federated Players: If you have a Spanish federative license, we ask that you present your valid proof of affiliation. This requirement helps to maintain a safe and secure environment for all participants.

• Non Federated Players: For those players who do not have a Spanish federative license, it is imperative to acquire a temporary insurance coverage to be able to access and participate in our facilities.

The price is as follows:

• 3 per day and per person.

This payment can be made online at the time of booking or directly at our facilities.

Do you need a Spanish license to play? No, you do not need a Spanish license to play. However, having a Spanish license eliminates the need to contract the mandatory insurance, since the Spanish federative license includes insurance. If you do not have this license, insurance is mandatory.

Are children charged the same rate as adults? Yes, children are charged the full rate, the same as adults.

How do I purchase the license for online bookings? When making an online reservation, you will have the option to add the mandatory insurance during the process. In case it is not included initially, it will be added in the Pro Shop.

What happens with replays in the field? The license is charged only once per day, even if you perform a replay.

When should I fill in the registration form? Before you start your sports practice, you must fill in the form in the Pro Shop. The process is simple and fast.

What is the duration of the license? The duration of the insurance is 1 day and linked to the duration of the sport practice in our facilities.

Payments and Procedures

How can I pay? You can pay directly through the payment link, or in the Pro Shop. It is preferable to use the payment link so that everything is settled before your arrival.

Insurance and Accidents

What happens if I have a private insurance that covers damages in private facilities? If you do not have a Spanish federative license, you must take out insurance to guarantee coverage.

What coverage does the golf course policy provide? Our policy covers medical and treatment expenses in case of minor or serious injuries. Damage caused to rented equipment is covered, but loss of the equipment is expressly not covered.

What to do in case of accident or injury? In case of an accident, you must inform the club staff.

Where do you refer an injured client? In case of injury, we refer clients to a nearby medical center to ensure they receive proper care.

Who should fill out the registration form? Each client must fill out his or her own form. If you come in a group, each member of the group must fill it out individually.
